「The hotel is located in perfect location, super easy to find. The room size is good and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel offers breakfast which is amazing with lots of variety of choices. 「The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. 「I wasn’t happy to have to pay for parking at this hotel. The Expedia add said there was a shuttle which was incorrect. The rooms were fine, beds very comfortable. Front desk staff was excellent and so was the breakfast they offered 」

We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
