「Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. 「We love the Bershire Mountain Lodge. We've stayed here five other times but this time we do have a few very minor negatives. 1) The cabinet door under the kitchenette sink had a loose hinge. 「This was amazing stay, very convenient to see near the location where we were supposed to be. Staff very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return. Enjoyed my stay very much.」

「Rooms were clean and staff was helpful, however, atmosphere felt like Section 8 housing. Smoking was done right outside my room and I was watched constantly by people from their rooms. There were no cars in the parking lot, but many arguments there during daylight hours. Not a comfortable place overall.」
