「This is an immaculate hotel in a restored palazzo within walking distance of the Monza city center. The owners are very hands on in day to day operation and take great pride in their hotel. All our interactions were very friendly and helpful.」

「Room never cleaned or made in 6 days. Had to ask for toilet paper and wait half day for it. Trash never emptied for 6 days. I had to take out my own garbage because i did not want to smell.」

「It’s in a convenient location just few miles from the Carosello mall. The owner is ver friendly and will go out of his way to help you.」

「Auberge très bien située à proximité de la vieille ville, et dans un endroit calme et montagnard. Personnel de l'hôtel aux petits soins, navette gratuite pour la vieille ville 3x par jour et payante sur demande. Charme d'une maison un peu ancienne.」

「This was by far the best stay of our entire Italy trip, and it was the perfect way to end our journey! A huge thank you to Roberta, who was incredibly kind and accommodating with our early check-in and took such great care of us throughout our stay. She truly made us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 100% recommended! We would happily stay here again. 🇮🇹❤️」

The location was perfect and just a short walk to catch a ferry and travel the Lake and the bus stop was also close and took us into city centre and back to the...

「The staff went beyond and above to help make our stay and car service successful. Very approachable and welcoming.」

「This is a beautiful kept property, great location, comfortable, friendly staff and delicious breakfast.」

Obviously I saw in the pics that the shower and tub were in the open which I don't love, but I still booked it. The bigger problem is that the room is soooooo loud. We didn't sleep at all. You can hear every person come and go within the "hotel". And the main street is just below along with a bustling restaurant. We could...
