「I went for a surgery and the people was "great ", they helped me a lot. If you ask me I come back I will say yes. I dont care if the building is old that makes it more special. Only problem I saw when you order something you have to go to the parking or if you come in taxi they have to leave you in the front at the parking even if you come with many bags. The security guys are mean and so rude, not all but a few they are.」

「The hotel is quite new and the staff is very helpful. The standard room is not very spacious but u won't be in the room for the most of the time anyway. The location is fine. Not so far from the commercial area (99-100 st.) but during rush hours, it'll take almost 1 hr to get there. So u can imagine the traffic in Bogota... The only thing i'd like to remind here is if u book the pick-up service to the airport, make sure the car will be on time no matter how bad the weather is. Or you can book...

「Very disgusting experience, they let their Friday night party last until 1am. Understand it’s a pet friendly hotel but someone took 4 barking dogs which was quite annoying. In summary it’s a hotel that can disturb your rest in day and night.」
