「Location was convenient to Fernandina Beach, shops, and restaurants and the room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly; however, the halls and elevator of the hotel were very dirty with stains and trash but overall a decent stay.」

「I usually don’t write hotel reviews unless a place is either so bad it deserves a documentary… or so good it makes me question my actual home. 😂 This time around, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Blount Island absolutely delivered. From the second I walked in, the presentation and customer service were flawless. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly, and nobody looked at me like I was inconveniencing them by existing. That alone deserves applause these days. 👏 Now let’s talk...

「Parking was right outside the door and the room was very clean. There were a lot of kids probably because of Spring Hill suites being attached to the courtyard. Other than that, it was great!」
