Staff were excellent, informative and spoke good English. Rooms are basic but very clean and the beds are comfortable. Hotel is in a good central location with most attractions within walking distance. 15 mins max.

Good Value in Downtown Bilbao
Good value hotel in downtown Bilbao. Short walking distance to tram line to connect around the major sights. Parking was a real surprise, well priced and on site. Ibis is stepping up their game - recommended.

Clean room with helpful staff

Die Lage ist super. In wenigen Gehminuten ist eine Metrostation erreichbar, aber ganz viel ist auch zu Fuß super erreichbar in 15-25 Minuten. Das Zimmer war teilweise recht staubig, sodass did Fußsohlen voller Schmutz und Staub waren – das war etwas ärgerlich.

Hôtel bien situé, c'est tout. Accueil glacial: la personne ne nous regardait même pas en faisant notre check in. Heureusement, les autres membres du personnel étaient super. Pas d'accès au parking bien qu'arrivés tôt. Literie inconfortable. Rapport qualité/prix cher.

Personally the hotel was comfortable, clean helpful staff but if you want to sleep then DON’T stay here the hotel itself was quite but the constant noise of traffic , dogs barking, kids screaming, adults yelling and I mean all night this hotel would benefit from soundproof windows or supplying there customers with ear plugs we were on holiday and after 2 nights I feel like I need a holiday
