“Accommodations were very basic. No essentials were provided, soap, shampoo, paper towels, tissues, salt, and pepper. It would be a big plus too have a couple more hooks and shelves in the bathroom to be able to place things. Another chair in the main living area would be helpful. Plan to bring everything with you. The gardens were beautiful and very relaxing. Overall worked for us.”

“This house was nice and cozy for our few nights we spent in London. We had a big group but there was room for everyone and we all slept comfortably. The house was nice and clean and matched the description.”

“We were a party of 13/15 people and stayed for a weekend break at Pattiswick Hall. We had a fabulous time and would love to return someday. The hall easily accommodated our party and the rooms were spacious and clean - the grounds were lovely and secluded. Highly recommended for a large family gathering”

“Lovely property, lovely host, very generous quality breakfast supplies and no complaints at all. Couple of minor observations that may help: We took our two dogs and the garden is very secure except for the main gate itself. We worried that our small dog could get through onto the lane and some wirefence material along the bottom 2 feet of the gate would have made us less worried. The second little concern was that the steps/slope up to the cottage would benefit from a handrail to make us old……

“Für englische Verhältnisse war die Unterkunft nicht schlecht. Innen war alles relativ neu, aber für 4 Personen ist die Einrichtung nicht gut durchdacht. Es gibt keinen Esstisch, nur eine Bar mit Barhockern. Ein Pooltisch mit Platte könnte auch als Tisch genutzt werden, aber dran sitzen geht eigentlich gar nicht. Die Sofas im Wohnbereich sind etwas für Zwerge, aber zum chillen und liegen nicht geeignet. Im Obergeschoss gibt es ein großes und kleineres Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten. Für 4……

“We are in our early 60’s and stayed for 4 nights at the end of May 2024. Great central location, out of the door and into the massive park, brilliant for dogs. This is a very old building, quaint inside, nicely updated to fit in well with the property’s age. Bedroom is big and comfy, loved the green leather seat looking out of the window. The bath / shower are a bit of an adventure, looks great but we could not live with it if we were living there all the time. Word of warning, 100% not suitable……

“A lovely property, perfectly equipped for a short break. Cath had supplied everything we could ask for and more. The only issued was the lack of comfortable seating when the sofa bed was left as a bed. Jen the dog was an absolute delight. Road from property seems to be a single track speedway with car users reluctant to slow down for dog walkers. We loved our stay and found it a perfect base for Brands Hatch.”
