I had one towel, one washcloth and a hand towel for a 4 person room and no kleenex. They proudly advertised their heated pool and hot tub and breakfast but the pool and hot tub were empty and has been for awhile by looks. “The pool and hot tub were not up to par. The water was gross in color. The hot tub water was so dark green it was almost black. The pool was way cold for an indoor pool.”

“Upon arrival, I inspected the room and ultimately decided not to stay. The floor had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness and condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations. As I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I did not feel comfortable remaining on the premises and chose to secure accommodations elsewhere. Based on my experience, the property appears to be in need of significant cleaning and maintenance/renovation. I travel frequently and, unfortunately,……
