“Would stay again. Nice place like a lot of other hotels but what sets this one apart is its next to police station for piece of mind having your vehicle parked outside. Next time I'm thru here I will stay again”

“It was really great except the a/c was not working in the lobby areas and the elevator was broken so we had to use stairs to our 2nd floor room. Breakfasts were great! Perfect variety each morning. Staff extremely nice and friendly.”

“Room was clean and comfortable but water was turned off around midnight without warning due to renovation work but not back on until around 9:00am. Staff said it was the city doing work but it appeared to be due to renovation work onsite.”

“This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets.”

“When my flight was cancelled after multiple delays all day long, I booked a room at the Shreveport Marriott. The shuttle driver was so very courteous and kind!! He inquired if I was hungry as the cafe in the hotel had closed for the day and Mr Johnny was concerned I might be hungry after a long day of waiting around the airport. “I would definitely stay again. The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very welcoming at check in. The restaurants had great service and food.”

“My wife never complains, and she said the first room they were in was moldy, the second room was better, but still had a smell. Two of our grandkids got scratched by an exposed nail at the pool. The juice machine did not work at breakfast, and other issues with breakfast. Her request was that this motel never be booked again.”

“The hotel had a bad odor, there was food in our refrigerator from the previous guest, so room was not thoroughly cleaned. We immediately went and found another room and did not stay at that facility. I did not get a refund but could not stay there!”

“Kaleah (K3) was amazing! Not only was she working multiple roles, she also took the time to show us the beautiful hotel. K3's hospitality was amazing and she deserves a big raise for how well she treats visitors and attending to every need while visiting. We definitely will stay here again next year when we return for a visit.”

“The staff was nice & helpful in every way. When we checked on the entire 10th floor smelled disgusting and the toilet was non functional and dirty upon check in. Called front desk told them I will leave for a couple hours to get food and hopefully it will be fixed when we got back to determine if we would stay or not.
