"Love the room it was great I loved in the bathroom it was awesome a separate area to put your makeup on with that lighted makeup mirror there nice deep bathtub a door on the actual bathroom part to the toilet so that others could be in the bathroom and getting ready or whatever if you had to use the restroom. I liked it a lot it was very nice. Bally's casino was right next door the staff was great the deli stayed open late . good food ...no complaints at all"

"Decent place for overnight stay. Bathroom was updated nicely. Generally okay for the price. My only negative is the registration guy wanted $20 cash, non-refundable. I said no and he backed off. So beware!"

"It was a cool stay, I wasn't disturbed. I was disturbed about the fact that one of the staff members disclosed my location/personal business to someone she knew, that made me feel unsafe. the breakfast was fresh, good muffins. I don't think i'll be returning tho"

"Nice rooms "

"They let us leave our car there while we were on vacation. We actually walked on sidewalk to the hotel when we returned from the airport. Rooms are very nice with new paint and bathrooms. The breakfast is top quality and staff are friendly."

"We did not use the bar, only ate at Jack Binion's which was disappointing for the high costs there. Service and ambiance were great but food was very disappointing. Our room and everything else was very clean (garage elevators were not but didn't care), room was great and quiet; staff very courteous! Will come back and plan to eat somewhere different. "

"On the site it states that the room attendants would clean the room one a week. I've been here 3 weeks and nobody has been to clean my room or knocked at my door to see if we needed anything. The roaches are very disrespectful. I'm going to have to find a different location for my last 2 weeks in Shreveport."
