“The room was huge, spotless, so comfortable. The staff was excellent to work with and so kind. The only thing they were missing was robes in the room. Everything else was fantastic! ”

“We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. ”

“Buffett breakfast had variety of options the only thing was the drink bar was hard to get the cranberry juice out. But everything else was top notch, food was always loaded at the bar. Clean rooms, quiet, big screen TV. ”
