Gate into the parking area was broken, it took over an hour to get into the room cause the door codes we were given did not work. The guy that called to help us was no help at all. All he wanted was for us to download some app for the parking lot when we said we couldn’t get into the building he just kept repeating himself. The smoke alarm was beeping all night. And when we went to check out it didn’t give us an option to check out and when we called the guy again he once again spent 30 minutes trying to get us to download some app to get out of the parking lot after we explained multiple times we can get out we just want to check out to make sure we aren’t going to be charged for staying over. Will be asking for our money back and do not recommend staying here.
