While our business is family-run behind the scenes, we also have a dedicated Guest Communication Team available daily from 8:00 AM to 1:00 AM to assist with check-in, check-out, unit access, extensions, and any questions you may have. You can easily reach them via phone or through the app.
🔐 Guest Verification & Security Deposit
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, all guests are required to complete a quick verification process through Enso Connect’s Boarding Pass, a trusted third-party service. This step is part of standard rental compliance and helps us create a safe and seamless experience for everyone.
As part of this process, there is a mandatory:
✔ Refundable $300 Security Deposit (with a $15 processing fee)
