The room futon was disgusting. You couldn’t even sit on it without the slats poking your butt. I’m not a heavy person—150 pounds. The fan on the light in the livingroom couldn’t be shut off. Outside temperatures were 17 degrees and you couldn’t get the livingroom warm enough with cold air beating down on you. The door that covers the washing/dryer machines would not stay closed so we got to see out these machines during our whole visit. There was no staff to help.

Basketball tournament

Easily located and once we were able to park, it was easy to unload our vehicle. We enjoyed the place. It was roomy and comfortable. There were toothbrushes available if we had not packed ours. Also, cotton balls and a-tips. The kitchen had all that I needed. The air was preset to a nice temperature. We had to go in and out a lot. The convenience of being on the second floor was very nice.

Such a nice place to stay. Had everything we needed for our stay while my son had surgery. The host was so kind and always responsive to our requests. The fifth floor was a very cool place to hangout and see the city. Wish we had more time to enjoy.
