Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit, er hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mehr als genug Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen, es gibt sogar einen Mixstab. Nur der Kühlschrank könte etwas größer sein. Wir haben teilweise unsere Auto-Kühlbox mit genutzt.Der Bewegungsmelder am Licht über der Treppe nervt wirklich etwas, aber ist auch keine Katastrophe. Für die Terrasse hatten wir eine USB-Tischlampe dabei, das ist sowieso viel gemütlicher. Es wird im Sommer aber auch erst sehr spät dunkel.Es fällt aller Sand von der Treppe auf das Sofa-Bett darunter, da muss man aufpassen und die Füße vor dem hinaufgehen gut entsanden.Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix

-Absence de compartiment congélateur (pourtant obligatoire dans une location meublée… qui conseille le propriétaire ?!, merci pour les glaces que j’ai du jeter … - Ps: c’est un simple freezer, du coup on a hausser le truc et ensuite tout le frigo à congeler) -Grille pain HS et le plastique noir était bien cassé et visible,, micro onde rouillé, frigo pas du tout adapté pour 4 (on était deux mais l’annonce vends 4 places ?!) … -Qualité globale médiocre (parquet qui gondole, lino premier prix qui gondole, douche bancale, toilettes mal fixéss, lumière automatique dans les escaliers qui doit réveiller les gens si vous êtes plus de deux), lumière automatique extérieure qui reste allumée dix secondes, impossible de profiter après la tombée de la nuit, escalier mal posé (si un artisan m’avait fait ça j’aurai mis un procès …) -Ménage « inclut » mais clairement pas fait, toile d’araignée et poussières accumulées, graisse dans les tiroirs, plaids du canapé visiblement sale, sable à certains endroits … -ah oui et bien sûr on paye une agence mais c’est à nous de nous déplacer pour récupérer et ramener les clés à Biscarrosse (qui n’est pas forcément sur votre route, sympa !) Bref … pour presque 960€ (avec taxe de séjour et frais de service …) la semaine on peut trouver mieux. tiroirs

Location propre et bien agencée proche de la plage et des commerces ou animations mais suffisamment reculée pour être au calme et se reposer! Belle découverte de Biscarosse-Plage! Destination idéale pour les familles.
