「Nice clean rooms, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.」

「The bed linen was very dirty, and there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night—apparently someone was cleaning—so it wasn't a pleasant experience.」

Definitely will stay again and this time longer for breakfast」

「Clean room, free parking, pleasant staff and a price that suited my budget. Will consider Redwings again in future.」

「I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.」
