The entrance is not very secure. Anyone could get into the hotel. The stairs to reception are very tired, stained carpet, needs a makover. Had an issue with my room, the staff moved me to a new room straight away. The room was fine, clean bedding, good pillows, tv, bathroom clean, fluffy towels. Guy on reception was really helpful. The entrance and stairs really let the hotel down. Its in a really good location overlooking the sea. But was a bit noisy from nearby pubs, but nothing major.

I stayed at this hotel for four days, and overall the experience was just okay. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. There was very poor ventilation and barely any space, which made the stay uncomfortable. The room also looked nothing like the photos shown on the website, which was disappointing. The carpet, bathroom, and even the walls were covered in dust, as if the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. For a hotel stay, cleanliness is the bare minimum, and unfortunately this fell far below expectations. The one positive was the location—it was convenient and easy to get around. However, the hotel itself was not clean, and it’s not somewhere I would choose to stay again or pay for in the future.

The room was adequate. Access room so a large shower room. Sea view but windows steamed up so couldn't see out. The double glazing was poor and needed replaced. We had a heater which kept the room reasonably warm. Friends had the breakfast we didn't book it . The breakfast consisted of cereal, toast and cold boiled eggs the same each day. Near the Tower Ballroom which is what we wanted for our dancing event there.

Room was no where near how the photos look very old and run down, breakfast is only very basic, no cooked food. Place needs to be closed and complete refit.

The room was cold and draughty. The chairs in the breakfast room which are shaped like a woman’s naked backside and legs are misogynistic and inappropriate.

Good enough location, but a terrible hotel. The room was stiflingly hot, as a fan heater was left plugged in before we arrived. No water was coming from the taps throughout the night, only a strange hissing sound. I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the worst.
