“It was a good place to stay and we enjoyed it. The house keeping came in and took put trash every morninh or changed towels when requuested. The beds were comfortable but one of them were making a lot of noise but it was comfortable regardless. Parking can be a little tricky and there was enough spaces for people. There are stairs involved for upstairs suits.”
“Stayed there with my friends for a photo trip and it was the best part. We stayed in the cabin so all had our own beds. That place had everything you could want for a nice Banff stay… maybe except a TV … we needed to watch our twilight saga … WiFi might also be a bit hard to get but not a dealbreaker at all… plus you would get off your phone anyways hahah ”
“Exceptional views! Walking path right outside your private patio gate beside the Kicking Horse River. Several great restaurants 2-5 min walk. Room is spacious with lots of extras. Heated bathroom floors, under sink lighting, cold drinks and sweet treats. And very clean! ”
“Room had good quality beds and bedding..A king bed made the room too small.
Toilet seat too low for average height people..as well as seniors with mobility issues.
Name not very visible on building as on booking sheet.

“The kind staff, cozy bed, hot water, clean room, and convenience kitchen make us so comfortable. There are IGA, save-on-food near by the hotel, just take a few minutes away by car.”
“Staying in this place was very comfortable. Nice place for both short and long term vacation. We got a penthouse for 5 day staying. 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom was great for couples or family. Although the location was about 15 minutes uphill from the Golden town but the view was totally worth it. We didn't have time to try all the facilities in the place recommended by the staff. Overall, this was a great place if you travel to Banff or Jasper.”
