The Bridge of Cally Hotel has a cosy pub and restaurant and is a pleasant 40min walk away from the cottage. There are also a range of amenities, shops, cafes, and restaurants in Blairgowrie which is a 15 minute drive away.

This the perfect relaxing space for the adults whether with coffee in hand, enjoying the wildlife in the mature, cottage garden during the day or with feet up, glass of wine and a good book of an evening in front of the stove. KITCHEN - further ground floor doorway from the living room provides access to a fully-equipped, dining kitchen containing everything you need for your stay including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker amongst others. UPSTAIRS MEZZANINE TV ROOM - This is accessed via stairs from the living room and is the perfect space for the kids providing a large, sunny, mezzanine living space with TV & sofa bed (sleeps up to a further 2). This room benefits from spectacular 360 views across the glen and beyond.

PLEASE NOTE: The cottage is positioned on a sporting estate where there are a mixture of self-catering and employee properties. The property is positioned around 600m from a very fast flowing river and is also surrounded by fields which will be home to farm animals at various times throughout the year. **PLEASE ENSURE CHILDREN ARE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES AND DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON LEADS.**
