"Only one elevator booked a room with 2 queen size beds but the beds were 2 full size beds "

"Staff was unavailable for check in when we arrived. After waiting 20 minutes or so we decided to go to dinner. When we came back the staff still wasn’t available and we waited another 20 minutes before finding another staff person who then went to locate the front desk attendant. This was around 6pm, so very normal check in time when you would expect staff to be attentive. "

"Room was fine other than had trouble staying cool enough. Hot tub was cold and when it was time to close the pool area for the night the staff member just shut off the lights and didn’t say a word. Just thought she could have warned us it was 10pm vs making everyone walk out in the dark using phones for lights. "

"We got in real late. When we got up the sink in the bathroom there was ants everywhere. I was very disappointed. Such a prestigious hotel and to have ants. I am so afraid I would bring them with me. "

"It was lots of noise in there hallway, people screaming very loud and it was ongoing for hours until past midnight. I don’t think this has anything to do with the staff of the hotel because I don’t think they heard the nice I should’ve reported, but I was too tired., well I think they should have camera in their hallway so they can see what’s going on"

"I wish the hot tub was open longer. I specifically picked this hotel to get into the hot tub and I never got the chance to. "
