“The staff was friendly and the room clean”

“When my daughter and I walked into our room, the toilet seat was up and the water was running. The bowl was stained brownish red and there were pubic hairs on rim. There were two queen beds. Mine had definitely been slept in and not changed. There were long hair strands on one of my three pillows and in the bed as well as small short black hairs on top and under the top sheet. There were also hairs in the moldy shower. It really was gross. Not what I would expect for one night at $139”

“It was less expensive. Wasn't expecting it to be fancy but our stay wasn't with out drama. Checking was not smooth. Desk Clerk was confused due to too many things happening at the same time. She gave us the wrong stlye room. Then had to what in the car for them to clean another room for 20 mins. The one of the cleaning staff didn't show up for work. Then there wasn't any remote for our TV. They had no replacement, so we had no TV. When we checked out the Clerk didn't know if we had paid a……

“This hotel I would not recommend no one go there because of the condition of it. The bathroom shower head is corroded, floor is missed up and has a hose under the towels and the mattress of the bed is too old and soft like a sponge. The person at the front desk was nice and respected. This hotel need a major upgrade to get customers to come back otherwise if they don’t upgrade or either remodel the place they will lose it. Expedia needs to take this hotel off their website because it will make……

“Terrible”

“Check-in was easy. My room was so spacious and clean. The staff was kind enough to switch out my down pillows for hypoallergenic ones. The fireplace in the living room was a bonus. Parking was easy. It was super quiet. There was a full, well stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.”

“No body wash or hair shampoo in the bathroom but everything else was great. ”

“The room smelled like cigarettes. Filled out a survey and complained to the front desk said it would be taken care of by cleaning crew and it still smelled the next day”

“My room card did not work, had to walk back to the front desk to have it re-keyed, no remote or microwave, towel had dirty splattered on it, i was moved to a new room and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and none of the vending machines worked”

“I love this hotel! The staff is ALWAYS friendly, even late at night which is when I usually arrive. My daughter attends DSU and it is local to the school, so this I always my hotel choice in the area. The hotel is clean and the renovations have made it even nicer.”

“We stayed in room 205. We arrived late to check in and had a difficult time getting inside. We rang the bells several times and then eventually called and someone finally came to the front desk to buzz us in. The smell when we arrived and after housekeeping cleaned the room was not very pleasant. The toilet seat did not have a cover which is not very sanitary. Netflix stopped working on the television. The front desk attendant said to try restarting everything because he wasn’t sure how to fix……

“The room was clean and spacious. Loved the size of the refrigerator and that the bathroom didn’t seem cluttered because towels and cloths had their own area.Room was easily warmed. There are restaurants nearby so there is a variety.”

“I was in town for just one night and ended up booking this last minute. I’ve never stayed at a motel before because of the stigma, but I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, and the owner at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. A nice bonus was the smart TV, which let me log into my own accounts and relax. Overall, a great experience and definitely changed my perspective on motels.”
