“I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully. I think I fed a lot of fish, but they are too smart for me. The geese were friendly and joined me for breakfast early……

“Great location in downtown Fort Collins however the record player in the room did not work properly”

“The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy.”

“Really wanted to like this property because the front desk staff at check-in were very friendly but everything went downhill from there. The bathroom had dried blood spatter near the toilet, the shower would be amazing but is poorly planned and your arms literally hit the metal soap dish everytime you move, the parking is often full because many people park in two spots and the elevators were constantly broken with no signage. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful, apologized, cleaned the……

“This hotel is always so clean! Good, complimentary breakfast bagels were available in the morning as well. An added plus!”

“Drug activity Used sheet, I said sheet because was only one. The next person got same sheet. I saw the housekeeper tighten sheet and left room. I was so tired had to stay. slept in clothes on top of sheet. As soon as I woke up I hurried out.”

“This hotel was very old. While there have been some updates, the quality of workmanship was very poor for the updates. The hotel smelled of old smoke as you walked the hallways. The bed, however was comfortable and the room was clean, if not of good quality updates.”
