“The room was equipped with a refrigerator, stove and a coffee pot with coffee. They also have coffee available in the front office early morning. There is a shuttle that runs every half hour to Ocean Club West and back. Our building was furthest away from the beach but a short walk past pools. We arrived early and they gave us our room before 4:00 which was helpful. We were also able to get a late check out thanks to the front desk . Most shuttle drivers go above and beyond. Special……

“Very well appointed Unit- we had a jungle view unit- with a great patio, the washer and dryer were so nice. The Pool was amazing - very nice chairs and umbrellas. The beach was great very clean- very little sea grass - and even some snorkeling - chairs and palapas available - no crowding. We Used the restaurant a couple of times -- good food and drinks. The property was very nice and kept up. ”

“The property is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Their breakfast is amazing. I would recommend anyone to stay here.”

“Pool was very small with limited seating. Property is not on the beach. Service in the restaurant was incredibly slow. Manager running around while waitstaff did nothing.”

“The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.”

“I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!”

“My wife and I stayed for 3 nights this week and The Grace Bay Club is AMAZING!!!! We are avid travelers and enjoy staying at very nice resorts. We actually were booked but canceled our reservation and left another luxury hotel that rhymes with Fitz because of horrible service there. I can’t say enough great things about the facility, the amenities, the views and especially the people at the GBC!! If you want the best place to stay in the Turks and Caicos, this is it!! Special shout out to Fitz……

“The space, room and amenities were excellent!! Our room was more than I expected. Staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. We had a great welcoming and introduction to the property. Their dining options were exquisite!! I would stay here again and highly recommended!”

“Nice quiet property not too far from the built up Grace Bay Shopping and hotel area. Nice location across from Turtle Cove Marina. Staff was nice but was not much help when it came to advise or information on local activities or touristy type things to do. Our garden view was a view of the parking lot.”

“An amazing place to relax and swim. Best view from the rooftop restaurant for breakfast. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Had no housekeeping day 1 and daily service replaced some not all towels. Elevators shared w/maintenance & cleaning crew which caused delays. For a 5star place they have some rough edges but overall a beautiful stay, ”
