"The house and the views are amazing! There were 7 women for a long girls weekend. The house was clean, well stocked with towels, and well stocked kitchen. The owners also provide all toiletry items you may need. Also had games and puzzles, coffee, tea and keurig cups. The hot tub was a nice treat. Had some beach towels. Loved the sunrise and sunset views. Do yourself a favor and get up early enough to see the sunrise.Close to many wineries. We got a ride service to take us around the wineries. Reliable Rides (recommend!). We really liked all the wineries we went to (Afton, Veritas, Pollak, and Chiswell). There are beautiful paintings throughout the house, many of which the owner did.Would definitely recommend this house. "

"We were staying for a long 4th of July weekend. The house was just as advertised. We found it very comfortable and our host had air conditioners in the 2 main bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. Most of our awake time was with family in another house, but we welcomed returning to the quiet cabin. I'd like to return sometime when we have more time to explore the trail."

"The Shamokin Chalet (Grand Chalet) was a gorgeous home with amazing mountain views! It was one of the most well appointed homes I’ve stayed in - well stocked kitchen (paper products, spices, dishes, cooking supplies, coffees), shampoos, conditioners, body wash, toilet paper and plenty of towels in all bathrooms, even beach towels for the hot tub. The home was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The landscaping was gorgeous. It had the most massive TV I’ve ever seen. The owner was a great communicator, texts were timely and he was quick to respond. My family would definitely come back to this lovely home! "
