Deja Resort All Inclusive

"We had a wonderful time at the Deja Resort! This is a great place to go for all-inclusive amenities with a chill, fun, and authentic Jamaican vibe. The public areas offer fresh, open spaces maximizing the tropical atmosphere and beach views. The food was great! They have a nice set up in the buffet area with something for everyone and always have some traditional Jamaican cuisine options available. The Jamaican street party (every Tuesday and Saturday) was a true highlight of our trip! The food and entertainment were spectacular! We saw a fabulous reggae singer and a delightful steel drum band. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great! All that said, the staff are what really made our time there special. Shout out to Dion, Omar, Loretta, Kenny, Ojay, Big Red, Christina, Satia, and the security dudes (who always have their names covered by a vest)! The staff were always so kind and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a fun and safe stay. If you’re looking for a fun and authentic Jamaican experience at a great price, check out the Deja and say hi to our new friends!"

"The check in staff could be more informative on amenities and offer some water or cold drink at check inn. We arrive around 11:30am didn’t get checked in until 3pm and wasn’t offered anything. The free breakfast could be larger portions. The A/C hot water , view of the sea were great. The hotel is within walking distance to shops, bar, casino, beach . You can get local cab for cheap to get in town."

"There are few complaints but we did have tiny ants in our room. This is a carribean issue but i did ask for this to be rectified twice and was told the room would be sprayed. It was not. Tip; dont leave any food or drink out not even crumbs. Having said that there were ants in the bathroom also."

"This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just wanted to sit down and eat a good meal. so we left and went to the sports bar, that was a huge mistake. we sat there for 15-20 min and not a single worker came to out take yet 3 or 4 where standing and talking by the bar, and 4 other groups came in and where greeted within 45 seconds. the only difference between us and the other groups is we are white. we finally left after 20 minutes. we decided to try it again a few days later and same situation completely ignored! we just ate off the small buffet and went up to the bar. we where there maybe an hour and not once did someone come to our table. it was like we where completely invisible. this was the only place we were treated like this, everywhere else was fantastic. The main reason why i booked this resort was the spa facility and i was not disappointed! it is absolutely beautiful! i really enjoyed the turkish bath! I did get a massage as well and it was great also! the hibachi and steakhouse where really good, the rest where ok."

"My stay at Blue Paloma was Fantastic and I would highly recommend . From the time I reserved my stay to departure …the whole process was professional and fine with great care by the hostess, Andrea & staff! Although my trip was bereavement; I felt so welcomed like Family by all at Blue Paloma! BIG UP to the entire Team , especially Conroy whose delicious and tasty breakfasts made our mornings even more delightful! A Gorgeous , clean and well maintained property by the diligent Owners ! I felt so at home . Just book and start your stay! You will be delighted 🇯🇲! The Lucea area is a Retreat and very picturesque ! On another note more rapid improvements to road infrastructure are needed thoughout the area to encourage and facilitate business in the area; especially after the recent advent of Hurricane Melissa ! ! I’ll be back ! Thanks & Kudos to Andrea, her Family friends and the Team at Blue Paloma for making my stay such a Delight!!"
