“The property was clean and there were always things to do.”

“The food overall and the location were excellent. The evening events were awesome. Silver Birds hands down a blast! The Michael Jackson tribute group was cool. And the catamaran trip with snorkeling and Margaritaville was so much fun! Office of Nature down the Beach was a fun spot. Best resort trip by far!!”

“The view was beautiful to the sea, property was filthy, we told we weren’t allowed coffee until after the all inclusive guests ate first, there was only 2 bath towels, we had to ask for towels, face cloths, and beach towels, it took two days to receive. It is a huge slip and trip hazard when it rains, as the “flooring is smooth broken tile”, and uneven ground. No hand rails for any of the stairs or ramps, inclines. The bar staff was not personable. There was one person that stands out that was……

“Overall, a great hotel rooms are very small. Staff was a bit cranky understandable considering what they went through with the hurricane food was better than average not great. The beach is one of the best I’ve ever been on.”

“Excellent property and beach. We were disappointed that so many guests would place their things on beach chairs then leave them alone for most of the day so we had difficulty finding a chair each day. ”

Shanoy at the restaraunt exceptionally accomodating by dropping off a breakfast menu to our room because we couldnt down liaf the app. Property is clean, well maintained and beautiful. “This is my own personal experience of Country Country. I didn’t think the staff went above and beyond. The rooms were not as clean with spider webs everywhere. We asked for two blankets multiple times and never got them. Beach towels weren’t readily available when one was soiled. I really wanted to experience prior reviews. But that just didn’t happen. Food was mediocre. Our server was very nice when we did eat there for breakfast. The menu did not reflect what they had. The stay was worth it……

“Lets start by saying wifey and i enjoyed our 4 day stay. West end of island 2 hour drive from m/b airport. Ck in easy. Do not stay at garden room. Noisy. Moved to gemini2 ( no ocean veiw)not bad for price. Clean room a/c hot water Beautiful lush and gated with security guard ,never felt threatened. Resort small but i liked it..felt homey.Ricks next door...but if you want to jump off cliff you can jump at this resort off cliff. (12',16' 22' and 24') water deep20' and warm a little work……

“Love coming to the TreeHouse. Kinda sad that most of the staff who were there when I first started going is no longer there. I like the quiet local feel of the place and the fact that it is in the middle of all that beautiful 7 mile stretch of beach. It is always my first preference when going to Negril”
