「Clean, great staff, beautiful beach area, and the catamaran excursion was a blast!」

「My room smelled like sewage, I did report it and maintenance came and sprayed the room which lasted a day. We didn’t realize until the day before we left that we had leakage from our shower into the bedroom. The floor was always wet. They informed us they will renovate in 2 yrs. Not a lot of food options. Food was okay. Location was great a lot of activities near resort. Great beach location beautiful waters. Quiet resort I did like that not a party resort. Just relaxing.」

Selections are satisfying. Long story short it was great choice for my family to spent a week. Highly recommended.」

「The pictures and advertisements of the property do not match the reality of the property. We had to ask for wash clothes. It took 10 minutes for the water to turn hot. Also, I was only there 3 nights and initially, the toilet was slow to flush, by the 2nd night, I had to ask for a plunger because the toilet was stopped up. They never had any hot cocoa which was on the menu. The views were amazing though. That was the best part about the stay.」

「We just spent our 25th anniversary week at The Palms and had a great time. The resort is stunning and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The treehouses are so adorable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren’t the best, but nothing is like my own pillow! Housekeeping did a great job everyday cleaning and restocking towels and our mini fridge.
