"A little underwhelming compared to the website and advertising. The pool is across an alley on a separate building's rooftop so you have to climb 3 flights of stairs. Then there was 1 shade umbrella for the entire pool lounging area. The free continental breakfast was a pre-determined menu at the restaurant of just eggs, meat and "grain". You have few choices and even fewer when they're out of so many things. Tried to order supper at the restaurant but gave up after they were out of the 3rd item we tried to order and the lack of help from the rude staff. The staff just seemed to not want to interact, answer questions or give us the time of day."

"Our group of ten had a wonderful time! This property has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The staff is wonderful and there for all your needs! We stopped at the grocery store on our way to the house and stocked up on beverages and snack for our time there. The chef treated us to amazing breakfasts and dinners each day while we explored several different beaches during the afternoons. The only discrepancy in the listing is that there really is nothing within walking distance of this house. It was never a problem since we had a driver but we had to be a bit more organized in our movements. I would also plan on a lotting for than the suggested 15% tip . The staff is worth more!"

"Don’t know because I didn’t have a chance to stay in the hotel. Arrived and left immediately to another Hotel which costed me 5 times than what I had paid. Asked for a refund but the hotel refused. Have pictures to prove my point. Now am asking for my refund they saying that my intentions weren’t for staying. That my intentions were to take pictures and cause trouble over a refund. So am asking myself why could I go through all that trouble. Actually it’s my daughter who came up with an idea of taking the photos as proof. "
