“We had a beach view and it was lovely. We would sit outside for our morning coffee and the view was lovely.
I think I was most impressed with the front desk. I regret forgetting his name but he was so informative with every question we had.
It was such a wonderful time and looking forward to our next get away.”

“I stay at the suites (Luxury Condo), which is very comfortable and have more space for us to spend, just like at home, everything seems very good. Good service, only one thing that we are not that happy is the suites building is a bit far away from the main building. And the swimming pool, food court, spa….etc are all in the main building, we need to take the golf cart to the main building, which is a little bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, everything is okay for us. I would……

“The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was good and the room was quiet. My big complaint was the shower. They must have installed water restrictors because the water flow was terrible. Worst shower I have ever had.
There are many things to like about the hotel but I will look to stay at a different hotel next time.”

“I liked the property and location. I also knew what I was getting when I booked the room, as I've stayed here previously, and enjoyed each stay. What I wasn't expecting after the Expedia website showed a 'final price all fees included' was a $60.00 fee added on "by the hotel for the pool, exercise room blah, blah, blah".”

“When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools.
The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you……
