“This was a terrific place to stay while visiting family in Novato. The room was very spacious and very clean. Customer service was excellent-staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical for what one would expect of a free breakfast at a hotel, however, they could improve by offering more fresh fruit choices and yogurt in individual containers-the yogurt from the yogurt machine was not good. “First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. “When I read the reviews before me, I was weary, but having grown up in the Bay Area and gone to Sausalito many times I gave this place a try. This is a classic, bay boutique hotel, and I loved it!
