Our room had a very fowl odor of something rotten when I went to the front desk to report it and to see if we could get to a different room I was advised that that was not possible and then if I didn’t like it, I could leave and go to a different hotel they did offer a refund. On Expedia it says there is a breakfast and that is a lie. They call it a grab and go which consists of a fruit bar, or small muffin or a package of oatmeal and coffee that’s it.

It’s a very friendly and accommodating place situated in a beautifully designed and maintained business area, with easy access to the Shoreline Park by San Pablo Bay, a gorgeous place. Jackson, the property manager, was very helpful in securing for me a top floor suite when I told him I was very sensitive to noise even though availability seemed nonexistent. Khusi was very welcoming and helpful in checking me in and helping me choose a room. Robert in charge of maintenance was very helpful and promptly responded to my needs.

I booked this hotel because of the pool, but unfortunately, it was out of order when we arrived yesterday. I kindly request that you update this information on your website. I paid for two rooms, and my children were eagerly looking forward to using the pool, but they were very disappointed when they found out it wasn’t available. I would have not the booked the hotel if I knew the pool was not available.

If you want a basic room with no shampoo or conditioner and a tiny soap for the shower. The telephone didn’t work nor did the air conditioner. The shower was okay as was the bed. They said they included breakfast - we went down at 8:30 and there wasn’t anything even coffee was gone - they did bring more coffee and their breakfast included a stale wrapped muffin and a strawberry bar. They should not say breakfast it should be snacks. The price was right but I would have paid more for more or I should say normal hotel .

The bed had an unpleasant smell, which made it seem like the pillows may not have been freshly cleaned or replaced. The pool was also unavailable during our stay, even though it was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, and unfortunately there was no clear information on when it would be fixed. Overall, the experience didn’t quite meet expectations, so I would rate it 2 out of 5 stars.
