Bonita-Rita

Ideal location, works well for multiple families, many open spaces. It’s a great place with many large spaces for people to peel off and hang together… including the kids/teens. Close to beach, bars, restaurants.

Could be a very nivce place to stay

The fact that my family was visiting from cold Ohio, one of our main selection criteria was that the property would have a pool. While this property has a pool, the same could not be used for 2 of our 4-day stay due to (green) dirt. Having a dirty pool is unacceptable for a property that was rented weeks before our stay. Property manager Vacasa in the end came true through their local representative and the pool issue, along with some other minor issues, was resolved. The property is very nice but requires better management.

Bonita Rita - Nice, but several small issues

Bonita Rita was very nice, clean, and large enough for group of 8. We did have several small issues with shower, dishwasher, dryer, but all could be fixed easily. Property manager, Kristine was very helpful and responded quickly
