Le top pour un week end à Bordeaux

Nous avons séjourné dans le studio Gabriella pour 3 nuits. L’appartement est facile à trouver car en face de la gare. Le coin est sécurisant pour une gare principale et les fenêtre de l’appartement font disparaître tout les bruits de la ville. La concierge que l’on rencontre en arrivant est adorable, prend le temps de partager un moment sur sa ville natale et donne des conseils pour la découvrir. L’appartement est propre et moderne. On entend les pas des voisins sur le plancher mais ce n’est pas dérangeant. Le seul bémol est l’odeur des canalisations de la salle de douche car probablement pas assez utilisée. Quand nous sommes arrivé à l’aéroport il suffit de prendre un bus pendant 45 minutes pour s’y rendre. Ensuite, vous avez tout les transports à disposition pour 15€ les 7jours. Les Uber peuvent même vous prendre devant la porte d’entrée. Un vrai coup de cœur pour cette ville et les Bordelais ❤️ Foncez, n’hésitez pas.

Remarque

Une fois arrivé j'ai appelé pour qu'on me ramène les clés j'ai dû appeler une dizaine de fois personne m'a répondu jusqu'à une dame m'envoie un message pour me demander à quelle heure je vais arriver ??!! Au début je pensais que c'était une arnaque.. Quand j'ai reçu son message j'étais toute contente ensuite je lui ai dit que j'étais devant l'hôtel et que y'avait personne. Elle m'a dit qu'elle était désolée mais qu'elle pouvait pas se déplacer avant 16h alors que moi à 10h j'étais devant la porte avec un bébé de 2 mois. Pourtant J'avais confirmé que j'arriverai avant 14h je me suis embrouillé avec elle finalement elle a accepté de venir mais elle est arrivée à 13h00. 3h après mon arrivée en plus de ça elle devait faire le ménage avant de nous installer c'est du n'importe quoi.

L’hébergement Mia Gabriella à une bonne situation géographique dans la ville de Bordeaux ( à côté de la gare Saint Jean, des trams et des bus). Par contre, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, et l’accessibilité des appartements se fait par les escaliers non adapté à des personnes à mobilité réduite. Il faut être costaud pour monter les valises. Tout cela n’était pas indiqué sur le site internet, Ayant pris l’option annulation gratuite sur Booking.com, les frais de ménage et le linge de maison ainsi que la caution nous a été réclamé quand l’option était dépassée. Quand on est en vacances, c’est difficile de trimballer des draps, des oreillers et des couvertures dans ses valises. Donc il ne vous reste que l’option de payer ce qu’on vous demande. Il me semble qu’il manque un peu d’honnêteté de la part des propriétaires. Des mauvaises odeurs émanaient des WC et de la salle de bain...la propreté de l’appartement était à désirer ( poussières sur la paillasse de la cuisine et sur la vaisselle, poussières sur les rebords de la salle de bain, parquet poussiéreux et on paye 49€ pour le ménage!) Quand on rajoute tous les frais supplémentaires, il vaut mieux aller à l’hôtel. Je ne pense pas revenir chez vous.
