This hotel is totally five stars! Professional and friendly staff. Large and quiet room. Only one thing is bothering so many dogs on the property in the park and it scares.

Great design and worst service.
Likani is definitely impressive hotel, but … I took 3 superior suits there, and we tried 5 time to get room service and every call they hang up, then we didn’t had hot water in all 3 rooms, After the costume relation manager apologize about all the mistakes and took from our vacation few hours they even charged us for the club sandwich. Likani have terrible service and We will not go back again.

Poor service & management
The hotel was classified as a 5-stars hotel, however it can hardly fit into 4-stars category. I stayed there during a heavy snow period, when the roads were at a very bad condition to drive, so walking to Borjomi's city center was almost impossible. Thinking that I was staying in a "Resort & health Spa", I assumed that there was no need to go outside to eat or have coffee, however I was wrong. Everything was outdated, starting from the room to the cafe & Resturant. Room service was a joke, they come for cleaning in the late afternoon, when am back after a long day trip to get some rest!! and they hardly do a thing. For breakfast the Resturant only serves buffet, no menus orders. Instead I was directed to the "cafe" that serves nothing but coffee & alcoholic drinks. The Georgian Resturant on the 6th floor served good food, still it is totally neglected. So other days I had to go outside for a nice place & proper coffee/light meal. Even after snow fall has stopped, the path from car park to the hotel entrance was not cleared from snow buildup, which became icy & slippery. The only positive and nice thing was the park/forest of this place. They do have an amazing huge land, so Mother Nature is serving them well in this regard. This hotel requires total refurbishment & proper management

The hotel is in beautiful location, but staff and service is horrible! The rooms are big, beautiful view, clean swimming pool, could have been 5 stars. Staff does not speak English and will bother you ( they called me 3! Times because they had problems with Expedia)

Sehr gute Bade- und Kur-Ausstattun. Mittelprächtige Küche (Buffet). Gute Lage. Der einzige schwarze Punkt. Fuer Taxi in die Stadt werden 20 Lare verlangt, waehrend der regulaere Taxipreis5 Laribetraegt. Unverständlich!

Ohne Personal wäre der Aufenthalt o.k. gewesen.
Leider ist das ganze Hotel ziemlich ungepflegt. Der Pool besonders. Ganz schlimm ist aber das Personal. Jeder steckt mit seinem Kopf permanent im Mobiltelefon. Man kann nicht bestellen weil einem keiner sieht. Die Dame an der SPA Rezeption besonders. Eine enorm unhöfliche Person.

فندق جميل موقعه امام البحر يفصل بينه وبين البحر شارع يوجد الكثير من الفعاليات امامه على الشاطئ الفندق على شكل دائرة وفي كل طابق يوجد اكثر شي 6 غرف جميع الغرف لها اطلالة رائعه البوليفارد يمتد على طول الشاطئ يعتبر امام الفندق افضل مدن جورجيا ومن افضل الفنادق فيها

Very disappointing restaurant service: - staff do not speak English at all, do not speak even Russian in Georgian restaurant 6th floor - completely unfriendly service - low quality of Georgian food did not expect - 3rd time in the hotel, the lam is in the menu and never available - staff have not idea about wine and qualification of wines Sad story, dear management. Especially, for such a wonderful hotel, as you have. Hope that one day, you will explain to your staff one important thing: The conversations are verboten about the clients and in behind of clients...

Отличный отель в отличном месте! Роскошь средь леса и гор. Отдельное спасибо сотруднику отеля Ираклию , который все наши вопросы решал мгновенно и профессионально . Были с маленьким ребёнком, Ираклий нас встретил лично , довёз до отеля и мгновенно заселил в 4 утра! Отель изначально бронировали на 9 ночей, в итоге остановились на 3 недели . И все благодаря замечательному Ираклию. Спасибо отелю за таких сотрудников.

A great place to relax, the rooms are spacious, breakfast is good and varied. The staff are good but need to be more friendly. Check out on time, the extension not allowed, be careful in dealing with a taxi even if through the hotel.

A great family place away from cuty life
Away from city noise and life. A place where you have your own part of forest with river flowing beside. A total scenic feeling. For a family with a 2 year kid , Its the best choice with kids having their own play and activity area. Its 5 min drive from borjomi main city and as we rented car we had every thing we bargained for. For travellers without rental car you can have 15 min walk to the city for food and grocery. Room has all the necessities/amenities required for a great living. The size of room is good enough for 2 adults with 2 childs. Overall great experience.

Гостиница расположена в сказочном месте. Приветливое обслуживание на рецепшене. Удобные номера с замечательным видом. Но обслуживание в номерах (уборка и полотенца), а также обслуживание в ресторане на 6 этаже - абсолютно не соответствует уровню гостиницы и в срочном порядке должно быть реорганизовано со стороны дирекции.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms
Nice hotel with good size rooms. The room was specious, clean, had fast wifi and the bed was very comfortable. The aircon was not turned on (only central heating), so the room got warm if you didn't leave the window open. Nice spa and very relaxing massage. Within the hotel area there is an old castle which belonged to the Romanovs. Only hotel guests are allowed inside the area. A bit booring breakfast in comparison to the hotel in general.

Great hotel at reasonable price
Lovely hotel. Very good spa and gym. Good food in the evening restaurants. Breakfast ok -ish. Quiet position and nice grounds with mountain views. Bit out of town but I had a car so I didn't have a problem. We would stay again if only for the lovely lady playing the violin in the foyer lounge
