Just enough to be near downtown Boston. Drove a car and parking was readily available. Free breakfast was a big saver. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t mind rebooking this place as it’s near eateries and shopping areas.

good property and area but expensive, was told there were weird people outside the area as well. some of the drawers in my hotel room were also drawn on, not sure if i will get charged for it or if they keep track of it

Expedia booked a physically disabled room for me. This is not a professional thing to do. I checked with the front desk and they told me that the room is booked and showing in reservation as physically disabled.

I liked the breakfast for my kids to start their day. I felt safe because of the locked doors on the first floor. You had to have a key in order to use the elevator and stairs. I liked the tv in the lobby that told the weather and flight info.

Cheaper option with access to the convention area. The service was quite mediocre and NO ONE actually care about assisting customers. Very "put out" feel by most of the employees. Shuttle is unreliable and employees not consistent on it's operation leading to confusion.

We will definitely be back! The staff was so friendly and helpful with all our questions, the shuttle service was nice and convenient and the breakfast offered was always fresh and tasty. The rooms were also great for the price! Would definitely recommend.

Great stay, quiet, chill area with plenty of places to eat and shop. A movie theater is right around the corner as well as a medical dispensary if your into smoking, and easy access to downtown Boston.

My car and another car from Quebec had a broken window and a loss on the same day. I paid a daily parking fee to the hotel, but they said there were no security cameras and they were not responsible. There aren't many restaurants around. If your vehicle is coming from outside of the country, please be especially careful as your vehicle will not be protected when booking at a hotel in this area.

The elevator system was very inconvenient, the staff always seemed a little bit bothered with questions and/or uneducated on the answers to very common hotel inquiries, and the parking charges were absolutely unnecessary.

I loved the way the staff treated us, they were very helpful, my daughter was going for an audition and they provided a place for her rehearsal. The hotel is clean, good breakfast and It is also close to good restaurants and stores. I loved everything.

For some reason I was overcharged I might have to reconsider using a third party app to get a hotel room next time this is ridiculous and I’m not sure if it was mold or something else but I saw it almost everywhere especially on the furniture in the room and under the bed and the head of the bed was disgusting in between the wall the bed was against and the bed itself, also some rust on the way they have some products on the bathroom instead of just using normal soap they have liquid soap and shampoo and conditioner which is more than most would have but I don’t think is actually needed because the average person usually has their own products they prefer to use either way so just a small bar soap should be fine although I did like the smell of the liquid hand soap there but again there was also something else next to it overt the bathroom sink that wasn’t necessary and I didn’t need, and because of them material used to lock these in place, I know it wouldn’t age well as I started to see rust on them. Because of the constant exposure to the water from the shower. But I don’t think most people would look that hard at stuff that I did as I said on the surface everything seemed fine but it’s when you look closer that you begin to see the staff doesn’t take their time or there needs to be more cleaning staff as I know they did construction and added several new rooms
