Bed room and bathroom was fine living area was not in great condition stains all over chair and couch. The pull out sofa is definitely not comfortable at all but that was expected. The breakfast was decent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

This hotel needs some serious updates. Furniture had holes in it, towel rack was falling out of wall, fan did not work.

Just a one night stay on our way to Maine, this suite gave us room to breathe! We skipped breakfast to head to a local place, Nick & J’s, for a delicious meal.

We always choose this hotel whenever we stay nearby Salem. It’s really clean and convenient to stay at and the staff are always friendly and the rooms are always clean and very comfortable.
