Please load all towels in the washer and start on Express wash. The towels take the longest to dry. So we appreciate your help. Leave all bedding sheets by the washer..
Remove all opened items from the refrigerator and throw it away. Take trash out to the trash bin outside. Load all used dishes and cups into the dishwasher and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
Collect all your items double check you haven’t left anything behind. Turn off all the lights and AC units and TV. Lock the door. do not take any of our chargers. Thank you.

Location couldn’t have been more convenient. Right near all the restaurants etc. Whole Foods close by. Hiking. Etc. 40 min drive to Red Rocks for show we attended. Had a few questions for the hose who got right back to us. I’d stay here again

Good location, communication with host was horrific

My family of four stayed at this property two weeks ago. Everything was as pictured and looked clean. The upstairs loft was boiling no matter if every ac unit was on full blast or not. Never cooled down. There was a stain on the fitted sheet in the bedroom I discovered when it was time to sleep. I put a clean sheet over it and went to bed. I wasn’t going to complain because I am not high maintenance. Checked out the next day and the host messaged me with a picture of the stain and a request for $69 for new sheets. I explained the stain was already there and she basically called me a liar and said it was not. There is no possible way I was paying for new sheets for a stain that I didn’t cause. I have never before had any incident at a rental and had someone say I was lying. Stay at this property if you want a giant hassle with an unhinged host

Easy Boulder Stay

Property was as described. Everything you could need for a weekend away. Close enough to walk to the main area of Pearl street but allowed for some peace and quiet too.
