「We checked in late 7P as there was an unexpected blizzard in Denver.
We went to the room, all was fine until we attempted to utilize the microwave. All the power blew out in our room. We called the number listed 4 times, to NO AVAIL!
We had NO POWER, NO LIGHTS, NO HEAT, NO TV, NO INTERNET, NO MICROWAVE!
MOST IMPORTANTLY NO RESPONSE FROM THE Stone Mountain Lodge during a freezing cold blizzard night!
I will be disputing this on my credit card, and do not recommend staying here, as there...

「Room was adequate, out dated with worn out appliances, shower very tiny, setting gorgeous. Didn’t use the sauna or hot tub. Most important thing, bed was comfortable. 」

「It’s a bit shame that we checked in at 5:30 pm and the covers are on the floor. Luckily we didn't check in late otherwise it might take longer time to do the beds.
Hope it won’t be happened to next booking stays for the rest of people.」
