"The staff were really great and helpful. We attended because of a concert and loved how the hotel was connected to the venue and to the parking ramp. Multiple doors are always locked preventing just anyone from coming inside unless you have a room key. "

"I have stayed here 3 times. This was the first time I was given a room facing the street and I did hear road noise. And the bus terminal and parking garage, on the other side of the street, has music playing 24/7 to ward off un-housed tents/sleeping outside folks. I wear earbuds. Even if I didn’t it wouldn’t be too bad of noise. Just be aware of this. Otherwise, I highly recommend. "

"I absolutely loved my room. The decor was beautiful and modern and the mattress was very firm and comfortable. The check-in was smooth (yet busy). The restaurant service was a bit inexperienced but I had nice drinks and good food. I would absolutely stay here again. Great downtown hotel. "
