"The room was clean. Everything worked as it should. We got stuck for 3 days...the complimentary breakfast and drinks were well needed. The staff were pretty good. Plenty of options for food atound...only complaint would be; avoid the restaurant/in room dining. Sounds great but low quality "

"All but one staff member were absolutely amazing. Their breakfast is great, way more options than we expected, the employee who takes care of the breakfast is super attentive as well. The fitness center is a little lacking, but better than nothing. The parking being paid is a little annoying but understandable. There are however,a lot of homeless individials walking through the lot (i believe a shelter is right behind the hotel) . The shower doors are all pretty much broken (they slide open while showering). I would stay here again when in the twin cities. "

"The room was the worst it was dirty, the mirror in the restroom had lipstick with a hearts all over the mirror, the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The coffee maker was dirty it had the previous coffee from the night before. The beds didn't seem clean. People tried to break in our room. The breakfast was horrible. I am so disappointed and upset with this hotel. "
