"I got a good deal on Hotels.com, But the front desk made me pay an extra to keep the room I'm already in. They wanted us to check out and come back a 3:00pm. Only reason I made the reservation here is so we don't have to check out and they wanted to charge us more than what I paid online for the whole night for the few hours before 3 o'clock we were in the room. So, they find some way to take away the good deal and get full price, if not more. "
