「No water pressure the hot water wasn't hot. Breakfast was edible. I cleaned the bathroom myself .」

「The staff is always friendly and helpful. LOVE the breakfast offerings every morning and cookies and lemonade available in the evenings. My favorite place to stay in Jax!!」

「That was one of the nastiest places EVER. It didn't look anything like the website. I booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one night. Thought it was the new studio rooms but it was actually where people live and school bus drop off children. Booked 2 doubles. It took 3 times to get the key to be set to open the door.the tv had been stolen and there was no curtains. The tubs are very dirty and the white surface had been scrubbed off. He then put us in room with a king bed....not much better....

「It had a pool as described. Room I had to clean and water ran all the time. Housekeeping woke me up everyday. I kept my room clean and sanitize and made my bed. Staff was really nice always. Price of roos made it so much better」

「Do not stay in this hotel unless you want to be infested with coach roaches I was traveling with my children and we were getting tired it was late so I stopped at the nearest hotel with a reasonable price because all we were doing is sleeping and leaving when we woke mind you it’s 11 at night we go to go in I turn the light on there are about 10 roaches on the floor the were on the fridge they were everywhere I walk right back out I told the lady I couldn’t stay there that I wouldn’t stay with...

「The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot.」

「A horror show. The motel is a hemp haven. NO SMOKING PLEASE. Disgusting and filthy rooms. Not the least bit as expected. Beyond a disappointment. A disgrace. 」

「The pictures of this property were old or not updated. The hallways and room smelled terrible. Rust was on the refrigerator, drawers were broken and bathtub was severely stained. Trashed was piled up in the stairwell and the most concerning issue was people were literally sleeping in the stairways. I went to go down the stairs on the morning of checkout and could not walk down the stairs due to people laying and sleeping all in the way.」

「The property was in very poor condition overall. The pool had no water and had trash in it. The jacuzzi was full of green water and trash. The room was not cleaned and the trash can had trash in it. The bed linens had not been changed. 」
