“The reason for the rating is the bed, comforter or duvet was dirty, and when we notified the front desk, they only explained they were full and never offered to come and change it out”

“Room and property are not as advertised. Price certainly reflects stay. However, cleanliness is a nonnegotiable. I am including photos. Should have left but did not want to lose my money. On a positive note air conditioner worked like a champ. Water was warm, and no bedbugs. ”

“The staff was friendly enough but the rooms were not very clean. The floor was sticky, the shower curtain and sofa had stains all over them. We didn’t sit anywhere other than the bed. If they were cleaned better it would’ve been a decent place. ”

“Staff was helpful and knew the area. The bistro was a little fast food-like but had a bar and great staff. I didn’t have time for the pool or gym but they were close to an elevator that wasn’t crowded. The room was stocked and refilled with coffee pods. Only negative was the sound of wires or something banging in the wind outside my corner room on the sixth floor that woke me from sleep. PS. There is a daily fee for mandatory valet parking and relatively few alternative options (the Valet……

“Older property but very well kept! Close to many restaurants and stores. Located right on the beach. Pool was very nice and clean. Just needed to bring our own beach chair for the beach”

“Room was clean, loved the easy check-in. Wish it had blackout curtains our room was sooo bright at night though. Loved the heated pool and location. They had toys, bikes to use, and yard games. ”
