“Seems to be a very new place with nice interior designs. Cleanliness needs to improve and some things were strangely worn despite it being a new property.”

“Came for an Energy conference and only stayed one night. Got an unexpected free upgrade and breakfast and a gorgeous modern corner room. The hotel has a gym and a pool however if you plan to swim (like I did) you need a swimming cap and entrance is 20 eur extra. Staff were all great very helpful and best thing: no waiting times at checkin or checkout.”

“What a wonderful stay we had at the Acacia Boutique Hotel as we attended a week long meeting at the NDK. Thank you to Alexandra, Anna, and all the staff for the their wonderful, friendly, and helpful service. The hotel is sparkling clean, room and bed were large and comfortable w little balcony, nice size bathroom with hot showers, an elevator, and warm delicious breakfast every morning with fresh bread, pastries, meats and cheeses, and always a nice cappuccino or expresso they made for us. The……

“Room was excellent, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Beds were large with nice quality bedding. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and freshly cooked. Staff were helpful. Our room was above the in house Georgian restaurant, we didn't try it but it looked very popular. There was live entertainment which went on late, maybe 12am, we could hear it in our room which was directly above but it didn't stop us from going to sleep. The Vitosha area had a nice atmosphere and lovely view……

“The apaprtment is a bit outside city center. Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well. There is a washing machine that functions very well. Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside. The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication. The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court. We enjoyed being there.”
