Enjoy, wonderful Gulf breezes and the sound of the lapping waves in this comfortably furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico, with a large storage area with all your beach chairs and supplies. Covered parking, with guest parking upfront available on a first come bases.

A Coastal stylish interior with a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate sleeping 6 comfortably, including a large wall mounted Smart TV in the living room and a fully equipped chef's kitchen. Master bedroom suite includes king bed, " Smart TV and en-suite bathroom. Guest bedroom has queen with a Smart TV and en-suite. This Full bathroom also has easy access into the hallway. A spacious screened Direct Gulf View lanai make this the ultimate Florida vacation spot. Full Kitchen with all NEW stainless steel appliances and LARGE Brand-new washer and dryer laundry in the unit. Private access to the beautiful white sandy beach, heated swimming pool and reserved covered parking, with a downstairs storage area filled with lots of Beach chairs, umbrellas and Misc. beach items. The unit was in at the perfect location and the condo had all the accommodations we would need for our family with small children. The water and sand was beautiful! We made wonderful family memories at this location and were even able to see baby sea turtles hatch! The management was quick to our questions and any issues that arose.

We had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ample amount of towels, bed linens, pillows, etc. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the Nespresso machine was very much appreciated! The provided beach towels and chairs were a great addition to our vacation. Very clean and nicely decorated, with a stunning view from the large balcony! Communication was excellent; the host responded immediately to our questions. The check in & check out process was clear and easy. My family will definitely stay here again!

Family Spring Break Vacation on the Beach

Beautiful place with amazing Beach views all day. Great ability to cook your own meals but short drive to restaurants as well. Washer and dryers were nice to keep up and return home with clean clothes. Sliding doors open up completely and make you feel like the whole condo is open as your own beach cabana. Large deck / linai was great to sit out on and play cards. My daughters slept out on the linai and loved falling asleep to the beach waves. Beds were nice and comfortable. Two bathrooms was also great. Spacious feeling beautiful condo we hope to use again sometime.

Condo is terrific and as described in the listing, we could see no hurricane related damage. Very clean! Lots of towels/linens available. Direct gulf view is wonderful. Pool is nice. Communication with property manager/owner very prompt. Island still recovering from hurricane damage but things look far better than we thought they would, particularly the beaches, and we found plenty of restaurants and shops open.

Excellent location,but that’s where excellence ends

As stated above, the property is right on the water and overlooks the gulf. That’s what makes is amazing. The condo has great appliances like the washer/ dryer, microwave, tvs. Unfortunately the communication with the property management was sub par. I didn’t receive any check in details after requesting them. I had to contact Vrbo support for assistance. I never received any check out instructions. Our door didn’t lock the entirety of our stay. The management did not remedy this. They did call, however did not listen to me when I told them that the electronic lock appeared to be out of batteries. They sent over two employees saying they needed to check the porch. They didn’t give me a heads up, so of course I didn’t let them in. The shower curtains are orange from mold. The soap is cut with water to make it last longer. The cooler provided has a broken handle. The list goes on. You are paying for the view and that is it. This has not been the level I used to with Vrbo.

We loved the location on the beach, sunsets were gorgeous. We rented bikes to get around to the north end/south end. Property had everything we needed and beach was so peaceful. This is your place if you are looking for beach time!
