Great - right on the beach

This was a great place to stay, you walk out of the condo go down the stairs and you were on the beach. As well, we were there early March so there were a couple windy days, and the pool was sunny the entire time, but also had a short wall around it to protect you from the wind. Would highly recommend.

Cheap

Staying for a week at a very expensive condo should warrant more than 2 rolls of toilet paper , no soap, no salt and pepper/ 1 roll of paper towels , no coffee filters

Beachfront perfection!

My family had an amazing week. The condo was in excellent condition and the location with private beach access made relaxing even easier!

Perfect spot on the beach. Condo is close to Bridge St, grocery store. Could use an update, but living room furniture is very uncomfortable .

Rented this property because of two bedrooms and two baths, but the one bathroom didn’t have a door

Would stay again if there was a bathroom door on the shower , and the bathroom sink wasn’t clogged! Also the sliding door going on to the balcony was extremely hard to open ! Maybe some WD 40 just an suggestion! Also the plug in the main bathroom didn’t work

Fantastic view and beach access!

This was our first trip to AMI and we really loved the beach here! The location of this condo was excellent! Best view and beach access we’ve ever had. The condo was very clean on arrival. The kitchen lacks a few amenities if you plan on cooking much and the washer and dryer are very nice, but very small. Wi-Fi worked perfectly and there were four beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. The guest bathroom seemed to be missing a shower door? We literally had to purchase a shower curtain to keep the water in the shower. Beware if you recline the couch ends, they are extremely hard to put back down. The pool was nice and never crowded. Parking was very convenient and just be aware there is no elevator on the property that we saw. I could see an elderly couple having some trouble with this. All in all, a great place and had a great week. Will definitely be back.

Lack of personal privacy!

There is no door for the master bathroom!! It's connected to the bedrm with NO privacy l I have never seen such a poor design! And the bedroom door is louverred, so there's really NO PRIVACY. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom also have louvered doors - again no privacy.. The condo was nice other than that. But for those reasons I woulnd't stay here again.
