A lovely time was had by all. Endless Summer was a very nice, beautiful, airy, clean, and accommodating property. The facilities and property, including the pool and hot tub were kept very well. We would recommend this property. I would happily stay there again.

Gorgeous beach views

Although the elevator was out of service due to the hurricane, the facility has had lots of work done to it to get it back in operation. The pool was open the week before we got there.The grounds have had all of the trees and bushes removed, but they will get replanted. I am confident.You can tell they take pride in the property and it will be wonderful again soon.It was everything we needed for our vacation and we really enjoyed our stay.

Condo was great, view and beach access great. Location was ok. We weren't there even in busy season and parking is definitely an issue on the island.

Fantastic location

The location of this condo was perfect. The beach was not packed like other rentals we have stayed at on the island. The views were perfect to wake up to and to watch the sunset. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

A week in paradise

The location is perfect. The condo is beautiful and clean. If I could live there, I would! This was our second year staying here and we’ve loved it both times.

Amazing Anna Maria Island

We had a great Spring Break week on the beautiful Anna Maria Island. It was sad to see the remains of the devastation from the hurricanes but it did not stop people from visiting. The condo was in a very friendly complex and close to shopping and great restaurants, not to mention, it was so close to The Gulf that it almost felt like we could reach out and touch the water. Unfortunately, the pool and elevator were not restored yet but the crews were working hard to get them and the grounds back to normal. We will definitely be returning for our next visit.

Great stay in the gulf

Wonderful accommodations, updated, clean steps to the beach. Beautiful weather. Great unique places (Ugly Grouper)to eat and world class ice cream at the (Holy Cow).Amazing sunsets!

Perfect Stay!

The condo was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. The view and location was exactly as it was listed close to restaurants and grocery stores. The management was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Look forward to coming again!

Perfect

Great condo! Perfect view of the ocean and sunset. The pool was big and clean and the hot tub cured my aching back. Trolly stop right out front. Condo was clean and well stocked. Can't wait to come back.

Paradise

A beautiful place in a gorgeous location. We enjoyed the ocean view, days on the beach, and watching the sunset from the balcony. The space is lovely and very comfortable. It was nice having beach chairs provided too. We had perfect weather as well. The only problem was leaving, but there is always next year to look forward to.

Endless Summer Rental

Pros: Excellent property with great beach access and views. Bedrooms, kitchen and living areas were all immaculately clean. Great layout for two couples or a family with private baths in each bedroom. Good price and value. We would rent it again.Elevator was out of service but stairs to third floor were no problem for fit 60-year-olds.Cons: Minimum of a mile walk to nearest desired restaurants and entertainment either direction along the beach or busy street. Basic amenities like coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. were either not provided or of the lowest quality and quantity. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided and appreciated but in poor condition.

Flawless reservations...and follow thru....

The rental team did a perfect job coordinating our return to Endless Summer....the condo was in great shape...the only improvement we would suggest would be to upgrade the toilets in both bathrooms....otherwise the unit was perfect for us....thanks to the owners for keeping up the unit....

This property lived up to its advertising. Everything was as described. Neat, clean, well appointed (beachy, somewhat dated). Only a few minor complaints: a prior renter had left poorly cleaned kitchen pans in the drawer under the stove, bathroom sinks ran very slowly.

Great View

This property has a great view. You can sit on the couch and see the ocean. The kitchen is newly updated and in great shape. Loved everything about this place except that there were a few minor repairs that’s need to be taken care of. I notified the owner and they were quick to respond and offer solutions. Does need some plumbing updates in the bathrooms but would stay here again.

Nice place, great view!

The house was clean and nice and the view of the beach was wonderful. Had issues with a toilet but that was fixed quickly. Would suggest bar stools so that the dining table could be used to work a puzzle or play games. Also, there is not a large pasta pot or strainer - very unusual for a rental - can't cook spaghetti, which would be perhaps common. We would stay here again!

Great condo!

Our family had a great time at this condo. This is our third trip to the AMI Club and this condo is by far the best we have stayed in. The communication with the property manager was great. The condo was very clean when we arrived. The accommodations are modern and beachy! I would highly recommend this property. The only negative thing I can say about the resort itself is that a few owners/permanent residents are a bit grouchy with the tourists and make a point to disturb the tourists (almost to say we don't want you coming here). Other than that, this is honestly the best place to stay on the island in my opinion!!
