Even though it rained part of our stay we still had a wonderful time and made great memories. Only one item of concern to note, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the pool area. Maybe have some type of mosquito/bug repellent like Citronella torches available. We did have the Off Spray but that didn’t work.Everything else was great. We will definitely come back.

Gorgeous Home

Went to AMI for a family vacation. House was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was well maintained and very clean. Slight glitch with the small fridge in the bar area and toilet seat. But maintenance came out immediately to fix it. Couldn’t have been happier about the response. Can’t wait to come back and try another property since our next visit will be a lot less family. But, if we ever need a home this size again, this is where I would want to stay 100%

Spring Break 2025

Group of 23 enjoyed the property for the week. Accommodations were good. A few suggestions: better couch on living room. New cushions for porch couch. A table for gathering by the pool would be ideal. Also, and I e maker in the bar area would have been amazing! We had a little trouble with the toilets flushing in a few. Bathrooms but nothing serious.

This was perfect for our group - we were traveling with a few adults and 9 teenage soccer players. The fact that there were plenty of bedrooms for the adults to have private bathrooms but enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably was great. There was plenty of space for everyone to "hang out", eat and relax. The pool/hot tub was we fantastic! The outdoor pool table, along with a ping pong table and also walkable to the beach. Will definitely be back here if soccer brings us back to Florida.

Termites

I sent pics to the managing agent of where termites actually BIT my children and were all over the house (my son is an exterminator). No internet all weekend long, finally worked after repair tech came out late in the day my last night there.

Needs some work to feel like a vacation home...

This property needs some work. Here are a few items that you might want to attend to. The level of cleanliness and amenities was not on par with the price. The indoor and outdoor sofas and particularly the accent chairs were gross! The accent chairs were green and white but the arms were dark brown. The doors (main entrance, bedroom, closet and bathroom) were mostly dirty but could also use a fresh coat of paint. The main guest room shower had really poor drainage and once the water got to a certain level, leaked out and into the closet/bedroom. One sink in master bath had zero water pressure. I realize it is Florida and outdoor roaches are a thing, but there were a fair number found inside during our stay. Most were dead or dying so I assume the house has been treated at some point. However, the ones in the garage were alive and well. The only other thing I can think of that needed updating inside the house was the fridge in the bar area. It never got cold enough to store beverages over there. As for the garage, it was extremely disappointing. The fridge was disgusting and looked like it was found floating in the streets after a hurricane. Needs to be thrown away. Not much good without shelves for storage. Also, the few chairs and umbrellas were a sad lot. I believe there were seven chairs (all rusty and two broken) and two umbrellas (both cheap and broken) and a cart. This house holds 23 people and cost nearly $15,000 to rent for 10 days. For that price and size, the beach offerings were unacceptable. Chairs and durable umbrellas should be a given. We've rented two other similar houses in the area (for less money) and they even came with a handful of bikes, sand toys, floating devices, igloos etc. The inside amenities weren't any better. There were zero packets for laundry and maybe two for the dishwasher. We had just come from a much smaller house in Fort Myers and every room was outfitted with something to add to our stay (toiletries, snacks, dishwasher and laundry detergent, tea, coffee and creamers). That may have been overboard, but it was in such contrast to this house that we were left wondering why the price was so ridiculous. Both properties were managed by property management team but yours gave off a very inhospitable vibe. And finally, there should be some type of arrangement or offering to have the house cleaned after a week. It was disgusting by day 10 and there were zero household products left to clean with (or were we supposed to buy those too). There was a broom and a very stinky vacuum. There should be products for basic cleaning supplied. I realize that some of these items may sound insignificant but this place needs a facelift. it wouldn't take much to change the feel of this property. Most people that can afford a place like this, are coming from nice, clean homes. We want that same vibe from a vacation home.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed the house very much. The location was great, close to the beach and the pool was a big hit. Some of the appliances were poor- toaster, microwave and that electric range. For the price we expected more high end stuff. The one bunk room could only be accessed through the bathroom this created some problems. This should be better described.

Family get together

Twenty family members from age 3 to age 86 had a fantastic time. It was a perfect place for all of us. We enjoyed the pool area, the layout of the house, and the nearness to the beach.

Great house!

House is huge and lives very easily. The backyard is completely fenced in, so it was super nice to let kids and dogs alike feel like they could do their thing while being contained. The location is great and the beach nearby is fabulous. The slide was a hit with the kids and we found the pool/hot tub to be perfect temperatures. You don’t get full sun exposure in the backyard pool, but you do get some sun. This was nice for us with kids and those that wanted more sun went to the beach two blocks away. Great trip and would highly recommend the house!

Not worth the time or money

My friends and I were thrilled to book this house since it looked so beautiful but it was not worth our time or money. We would never book this house again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else either. The house was dirty with stained furniture, outdoor cushions we couldn't use, poor fixtures i.e. the tvs falling off the walls, and a hot tub that was broken for our whole stay even after they came to fix it. On top of this, we had a terribly unpleasant experience with AMI locals. When we booked travel restrictions were not in place but when it came time for us to fly to florida new restrictions were released and there was ZERO flexibility in our booking. We tried to pick a different weekend at a later date and even another one of their properties but the answer was consistently no. We had asked to check in slightly early since our flights were drastically changed by the airline and they also offered no leniency there. Times are changing every day and you would hope there would be some understanding. We were supposed to be a party of 14 but with the changes and the concerns for the house we ended up being 4. I strongly suggest finding another house to rent if you want to feel at ease during your vacation which should be a happy experience.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE!!!!

This house looked like it would fit all of our family vacation needs. However, we were met with a train wreck of a house. It started even before we got into the house. With the rental company not having the right paperwork and the house code not working we should have known it would be an... interesting trip. The house did not seem like it was cleaned before we arrived, even though the cleanin crew was hanging out on the deck when we arrived. Sand in all the beds, trash under allthe night stands, allthe glass doors were filthy! It was a mess. Half the lights and tvs dont work. One tv fell off the wall because it wasnt attached right, the pool heater kept going out. The elevator never worked. It was a mess! And this is just a few of the issues. For the amount of money I spent to stay at this house I expected a little bit of quality and care. We were all sadly disappointed!

Excellent for family vacation!

This house is stunning! Plenty of room to accommodate our family of 19. Very close to the beach, and lots of restaurants and shopping. An over abundance of Bath towels and beach towels provided. Also, lots of beach chairs and beach toys. Plenty of fridge space in the kitchen and wet bar area, lots of seating for eating together, and a large coffee pot and a keurig machine available. The outdoor pool/spa/game area was an absolute dream!!! A few minor issues with some burnt out lightbulbs and we were unable to take the elevator to the third level for some reason (we called the property manager on the first day and never received a call back); which was a minor inconvenience for one of our guests that was unable to safely navigate stairs. Beds and pillows it could be a bit more comfortable, and all the beds were very squeaky. Overall, would definitely recommend this house to anyone that asked and would definitely consider returning here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home with great location!

The house is plenty big! We had a group of 23 Woman (moms and daughters) stay for an extended weekend. House had plenty of bathrooms to accommodate our group and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Just a few recommendations: 1. The week we happened to be there it was very cold at night. The house had exactly one thin blanket per bed. There were no extras for those who got chilly. the rental company only provided one more when asked. 2. Also with the weather being as cold apparently that meant that the heated pool would not turn on because it was below 55 degrees. It did turn on once the outside temp got above that but was disappointed since the heated pool was a desired feature for us being from the North. 3. There was only one 12 cup coffee maker and one Keruig machine in the house. For a Large Group it would have been nice to have at least two-12 cup coffee makers. Overall the house location was great within walking distance to the beach and bus stops. Neighbors were all very polite and we felt safe. I would definitely travel here again!

Wonderful time together.

The house was perfect for our large family, 21 of us. Lots to do. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and we could walk to the beach. Would like to do it again in the same house.

Beautiful house for large groups

The house is gorgeous huge and close to the beach. The pool area was amazing we had so much fun. The house had the bare necessities though, not even enough soap to wash dishes or salt and pepper. There could be some more kitchen items considering the house hold so many people and I’m sure most people cook and entertain while there. The floors were dirty and the pool was a little cloudy but the management company was quick to address any issues we had. We would definitely stay again.
