“The location of the property was excellent. The home was clean and had everything we needed to prepare breakfast in the morning. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it easy for the six of us wash up and get ready for dinner after a fun fill day at the walkable beach. Beach was great. Having a pool at the property was great for the 2 youngsters. We also made use of the wagon that was available to carry items to the beach., The property is nothing fancy but a great value for the money. ”

“We met Paige and Gabe. They are very gracious and kind hosts. They have thought of everything to make your stay so accommodating. The room we had was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The grounds are very well maintained with a nice pool area. The Inn is so close to everything. It takes maybe 7 minutes to get to all the restaurants and bars. “I couldnt have booked a better spot for my kids. I was nervous it being above a restaurant but you couldnt even tell. It was so tranquil in the backyard and upstairs, during the day we took the golf cart to the beach or shopped around and this was the most convenient place I ever stayed at. “We stayed at Kristen’s for 4 weeks and it was wonderful! We actually were able to stay in her new 2 bedroom cottage that is on her property. The cottage had everything we needed to make it like home for us. It’s dog friendly and our 2 dogs loved it as well. The area is quiet and close enough to get to restaurants/shopping/golf but you don’t have to worry about typical Florida traffic. Kristen is a gracious host and made us feel right at home. Already booked a return trip for next year! ”

"I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there."
