Perfect stay

This home was the perfect location for our family gathering. Beautiful pool and lake. Easy drive to Cortez rod and Manatee road. Clean home with many amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Very peaceful and comfortable home

Jenny was an excellent host. Her information was very timely and accurate. The location was perfect for getting to beaches, restaurants, parks and shopping. We spent a lot of time in the pool lanai. The pool was sparkling clear and enjoyable. The home was very comfortable and well stocked with all needed supplies.

Family vacation

Multi generation family vacation. Wonderful time, communication with host excellent and accommodating. House well stocked and very clean. Neighborhood quiet, excellent pool and yard. Enjoyed feeding turtles, catching frogs and lizards. Easy drive to Anna Marie Island. I would definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family.

Great Place

There were 9 of us for this stay from 5y/o to 67y/o. There was plenty of room for all of us. Place was clean & supplied well. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Quist, safe neighborhood. Would highly recommend. Would stay again.

Family Reunion in Bradenton.

The bad, access to Ana Maria Island was not available to tourist due to effects of hurricane Helene. The good, the residence had everything we needed to allow our stay to be a pleasant one. Nice pool area. Well-furnished kitchen. 3 of 4 bedrooms had king size beds with a tv in each bedroom. 3 bathrooms. Quality location within approximate 10-minute drive of both Manatee and Cortez avenues. Recommend Detwilers a few blocks south of Cortez for your grocery needs. We'd look to stay again.

Nice family spot!

This property nicely accommodated our family of 9, including a 5 and two 2 year-olds. Quiet location with nice pool ( though a bit cool). The pond at back of property was beautiful with a nice variety of birds. We were surprised to find that the advertised EV charger did not exist. The kitchen counters weren’t as clean as one would expect, though the kitchen had plenty of pots, utensils, etc.

Everything you need!

My extended family enjoyed staying in this quiet neighborhood at this immaculate and well stocked home. From the bunk room & 3 king sized beds to the fully functional kitchen, we were very comfortable. Outdoors in the screen structure, the variety of seating, grill & pool occupied our group while we weren’t at the beach. The little dock was a hit with the fisherman in the group. Tho it’s a small body of water, they had fun catching and releasing bass. We had minor issues with the key pad and the A/C and the host was very helpful and responsive both times. Highly recommend!

Family holiday

Booked this villa for our family holiday from Scotland for 17 nights to explore the area. Excellent communication with property manager leading up to arrival following hurricane Helene and Milton to reassure us prior to travel. Villa was exactly as description and photos very accurate. Extremely well stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need if you wanted to cook. Lovely quiet residential area and the outside area, outlook and pool was amazing and loved by us all. Really easy entry on arrival and property manager very quick response to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property if you are keen to visit the area. So close to Anna Maria island, so sad to see the devastation in the area we travelled through caused by hurricane Milton but amazed at how quickly the clean up was happening during our stay. Loved our stay thank you.

Fabulous family setting

We loved our stay here. The house is as depicted in pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive. We spent hours in the pool and lanai. The pond behind is full of turtles, which would come to the dock whenever we were out there. The house is conveniently located to Anna Marie Island, beaches as well as shopping. The well stocked kitchen was a definite plus. No need to buy seasonings and plenty of cookware. Also the beach chairs, towels and mats were great! We would definitely stay there again. Our group ranged from a 15 month old to preteens and the toys and games were great for them.

Beautiful home

Beautiful property, we had plenty of space/room for all 8 of us. I will say she stocks the whole house with plenty of supplies (shampoos, soaps, laundry supplies, dish soap etc.. and paper products). I liked that there were spices etc available in the spice cabinet. There were a few questions, which Jenny responded promptly with answers and one issue which was resolved pretty quickly. The only thing I would say is the bunk bed room mattresses weren’t very comfortable (kids said they very hard) and the pull out trundle bed had a broken wheel, so that was a bit awkward for one of my kids to sleep on. Jenny did respond to the broken wheel, and I do believe she was going to have it fixed. All in all we had a great stay. The backyard was a huge plus to relax and feel like we were truly on vacation. We loved playing corn hole, swimming and the foosball table was fun too. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

What an awesome time!

Aside from a few mishaps (that probably happens at every stay), the house was clean and well-kept. Beds were in great shape and the grounds were immaculately maintained. There were turtles and fish in the pond in the back yard and rabbits came by every morning for breakfast and sometimes in the evening for an evening snack. The salt water pool was fantastic and felt wonderful. They had TONS of beach gear and even a beach wagon that was a lifesaver when going to the beach. HUGE props for that! For the most part, communication was fantastic with the owner, however, to no fault of the owner, on the last day we were there, the door stopped taking our code and we were locked out of the house approx 45 min. There were AC issues when we first arrived, and the owners were on top of it quickly. The service man however, arrived many hours later than he stated, making for an uncomfortable first evening there. It was a simple fix once he arrived and I'm sure that this will be a regular part of the maintenance going forward and shouldn't be an issue. We would definitely stay there again!!!! Great, great time!

Great stay!

The house was just as advertised there was a lot of us mostly kids plenty of space and they loved it especially the dock on the lake...endless selfies! The only disadvantage I guess if you'd call it that is there's no TV in the master but was still a great place!

Peaceful Piece of Florida

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, and the view off the back porch was so calm and peaceful. Plus, there was a lot of wildlife! We saw a variety of birds, a rabbit, a lizard, and many turtles in the pond. We were able to do some successful fishing off the dock. The house is beautifully maintained and perfect for family. It was well stocked with board games, pool floaties, and extra beach towels. We loved that the house is tucked away in a sweet neighborhood, but just a short drive to anything you could want to do on vacation.
