Serenity by the sea, 7 miles from beautiful beaches!

It was perfect! Lovely pool and hot tub are a bonus. Spacious family room with everything you need. It was very nice and we would stay here again.

Overall very great place to stay, we enjoyed the fire pit area as well as the hot tub and pool. The back yard lights were a great touch to complete the space. Only down side was the water pressure but would stay again!

A Slice of Paradise in Paradise!

The house is lovely, with a beautiful back room, plenty of natural light, and a fabulous backyard with a lovely pool. Close by to all accommodations needed for an enjoyable stay. Within 15 minutes from the extraordinary beaches of Anna Maria Island and 30 minutes of the beaches and downtown Sarasota. Just 20-30 minutes from the SRQ airport. I highly recommend this property for 4 to 6 people.

Comfy Pool Paradise

The second I saw pictures of the pool, I knew I wanted to stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The week we stayed was hot and stormy and I was grateful for the relaxing pool waters and cool air conditioning. There is plenty of comfortable furniture inside the house to lounge on. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen wares. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a pleasant stay at this home. The location was excellent , very quiet and in a charming neighborhood that was nice to walk around. The backyard was spacious, and the fire pit was nice.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and made cooking easy — it had just about everything we could have needed. The beds are on the firm side, and the pillows are also very firm and full, which may suit some guests more than others.There are several step-ups and step-downs throughout the house, particularly between the master bedroom and bathroom. To access the bathroom you step down into a short hallway between the bedroom and bathroom, and since there is no door on the bedroom and the bathroom light also turns on the hallway light, nighttime trips can be a bit bright and less convenient.We spend several weeks in Florida each winter, so we are familiar with seasonal pool temperatures. While we understood this was not a jet hot tub, the spa description and paid pool heat led us to expect water that would be comfortable to sit in. During our stay, the pool averaged about 74, and the spa reached only about 79 at its warmest, which felt cool — especially in shaded areas — and was not always usable.Overall, this is a comfortable home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with great kitchen amenities and outdoor space. Future guests may want to confirm pool and spa heating expectations and be aware of the interior step layout when bookingI would consider booking in the spring or fall.

The house was clean and plenty of room for the 5 of us staying. The tv in one of the rooms we could not get to work and when it did come on it was glitching. Other than that we have no complaints. It was a very nice stay and I would recommend this house.

Family getaway

Place was beautiful, backyard and pool was a great spot to get together. The only complaint is that, for the price, enough household items like toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags should be included based on the amount of people staying. We shouldn’t have to purchase these items ourselves when the listing states it can accommodate all of us.

Just what we needed

Everything was as pictured if not better. Home is very spacious and open. Outside living area and pool were just what we needed in the evenings after running around town. Loved that the plant life was on the outside line of the property and rocks were around pool which cut down on the mosquitos tremendously. When we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here again. Property had everything we needed plus and iTrip was very responsive with any questions we had.

Wonderful winter holiday

This property was great. The backyard with pool and hot tub were amazing. The house was very large, perfect for everyone to spread out. It was so convenient having beach gear provided, and a washer and dryer to clean up post beach. We had a slight miscommunication about the pool being heated, but that was corrected quickly. The only complaints were that the beds were uncomfortable, and the water pressure in the showers was weak. But overall, I would love to stay at this house again. It was perfect for the price we paid!

Bradenton house rental

We are not people who write reviews, good or bad, but we could not let this situation pass... We rented as snowbirds from NJ for two months. the first week the following had to be addressed: no heat (it was 40 at night) , broken toilet, bbq grill was a rusty mess. The property manager responded quickly to " band-aid" these problems: turned the heat on, jiggled the toilet and bought some parts for the inside of the grill. Then the palm rats showed up. We trapped one a night for SIX nights on the kitchen counter, before holes were plugged, more rat traps set inside and out and rat poison set around the house. this worked for a few weeks before they showed up again in a beach bag and in the cabinet containing glassware. we lived with the thought they would show up anytime. Pluses: comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Its obvious the owner does not want to put any money into maintaining this property or put in any real repairs.I would not recommend this house to anyone.

Good place and friendly management!

Stayed for 7 days with family. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Was originally supposed to be 5 days but we extended it to 7 while there and experienced no issues from management company. They made it easy and convenient staying longer. Pros: Nice house. Clean. Looks just like the pictures. Easy to check in and out. Friendly property manager. Cons: We paid the fee for pool heat and the hot tub to be warm. Pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. This was inconvenient at times because the kids complained of a cold pool while we attempted to sit in the hot tub. Debris gets in the pool easily because it’s not closed in. Everyday we needed to clean the pool. They do provide a net and it doesn’t take long to clean. We also were there when it was windy every single day. Therefore, weather could be to blame. We had trouble with the fridge not getting cold but a repair person came within minutes to fix it. After they left we experienced no issues with the fridge. We came during spring break, says via the description it would be 15 minutes to Anna Maria beach which is probably correct if it was not busy. This review is based off of a peak time of the year so remember that when reading this. It took us a little over an hour to get to the beach from the house because of the traffic which made it inconvenient to go the two times we did go.

Great vacation.

Backyard was very private and the pool was perfect for young children. It had a large pool deck for our kids to play in and we could be in the deep portion. House had plenty of room to hang out in. We would stay here again. It was a very short drive to the beaches.
