Beach vacation

This house was perfect for our family. Great for entertaining children and adults. The palm trees were beautiful, the pool and hot tub were awesome. Everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The game room and pool were wonderful for the kids especially. Everyone (15 people) had space to hang out and enjoy their time there. They also loved the tree swing. We all enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a large family

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and plenty of room for our family of 13. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool and pool house area entertained us for several days. Pool was cleaned and taken care of. Host was responsive.

Great Guys Weekend

Overall property was great. Plenty of space for 10 adults. Spent a large amount of time around the pool area. Only downside is that the pool was not very well cleaned and ended up being pretty cold on the last full day despite paying for the pool to be heated.

Fantastic getaway for a large group

The house is beautiful, perfect for our large group! Everything we needed was provided and easy to find. The pool and the game room made for a good gathering space. Would 100% recommend! We plan on returning in the near future!

Fantastic for our sports team!

Great location and fantastic home for our sports team. Big enough where everyone is comfortable and can be fed easily. Game room and pool were killer for keeping our teens entertained and enjoying each other. So much so that they even put their phones down!!

Beautiful home

This home was as beautiful as the pictures. There was more than enough room for our family of 12. The backyard is truly an oasis with the pool, hot tub and fire pit. The only downside was the mosquitoes. The screened in porch was a great place to enjoy the weather without the mosquitoes.

Great property as advertised. Pool is great for all ages. Games room is perfect. One suggestion - re-route the roof drain on the garage closest to neighbor at front of garage. Rain water runs into the garage corner with the downspout's current position. Thanks.

Stay in Bradenton Beach

We had a great stay in Bradenton Beach! The house was very cute with seemingly recent updates. We were staying here for a bachelorette party, there were 10 of us that comfortably fit with room to spare. I do want to point out that most of the listing is accurate but there was a typo in one spot that listed an extra bedroom. There are total 5 bedrooms. The pool is a beautiful oasis with a convenient close game room that has ample fridge space and an additional half bath. The thermostat took us a little to figure out as it was set on a schedule and would fluctuate temperature a bit. Overall, the place was great and I would highly recommend. The communication with the host was also very timely.

Nice house

The house was huge. Old house, but tons of character! The pool was a great size. With a shallow end to sit in chairs, but deep enough to play in. Plenty of hot water for our group of 12 each day. Beds are very comfortable (even the bunk beds) Only a few complaints. $400 cleaning fee, but the house was not cleaned to that level. Bowls in the cabinet were dirty, cup rings on the window sills, bbq grill needed to be scrubbed prior to use. The TVs in the game room had power, but neither would turn on. The kitchen aid appliances in the kitchen are gorgeous! But the refrigerator doors don’t close easily. And it takes a lonnnnnng time to get to temp. The oven also took about 30 minutes to preheat to 425.

Great Location for a Family Vacation and Hosts who are Helpful!

We stayed at this home for a brief (4 night) family vacation. The house was large enough for 4 families (including 7 adults, 4 teens/young adults and 2 children under 10) to be comfortable. We were able to spread out to different spaces, so it never felt crowded. The garage-converted-to-game-room was a hit with the young adults and having a second kitchen there was helpful for making large meals. The house was clean and had several amenities (including a few days of cleaning supplies/laundry and dish tabs) that were appreciated. There were ample towels for the bathrooms as well as pool/beach towels to use. There were also many board games to play. The pool had not been cleaned well from the previous tenants - but the hosts were exceptionally responsive and immediately contacted their cleaning service to return and clean the pool. They remained in contact with me to make sure things were cleaned to our satisfaction. The location of Bradenton was ideal for access to beaches, without being overly crowded or loud. Were were able to enjoy several peaceful evenings in the pool and next to the firepit. We would certainly return to this location and would rent from these hosts again!

Really enjoyed our stay

Overall the property was exactly as pictured. We really loved the “older home” feel with new updated amenities. The appliances were nice and new. The only complaints we had were the master bedroom downstairs never seemed to get very cool. The rest of the house was nice but ours just never got as cool as the others. The wood floor in the master definitely needs to be replaced. I let the property manager know and they did say this was being addressed. My only other complaint is one that may not bother everyone but my kids and I tend to attract every mosquito within a 30 mile radius. While the lush landscape is very beautiful and tropical it also attracts so many mosquitoes. We weren’t able to enjoy the pool as much as we wanted to due to being ate up the second we stepped outside. This was even a problem mid afternoon. We did try the citronella candles and even bought some fogger cans which did nothing. If that doesn’t bother you then you can ignore my comment. Upon our arrival we did notice there was plastic cups in the bottom of the pool and the water was cloudy. I called and they had someone come right out which was very much appreciated. Other than that we really enjoyed our week here!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone with a large group. There was more than enough space for a party of 12 and the pool and rec room were great places to watch TV, listen to the radio, play darts/pool or just sit back and relax. Spacious and beautiful!

Spacious home which was clean upon arrival. The game room has its own AC unit keeping you cool and relax with a game of pool or foosball. Large dining room made a great place to gather at the end of the day. Convenient location - not a far drive to the beach. We’ll be back!

Oasis away from home

The property was everything as described and more!!! Beautiful backyard with an amazing pool! 2 cabanas for relaxing and a gameroom in the garage was a big hit! The gameroom has another kitchen inside which made it nice to bbq ans not have to keep going into the house ans also had a table to eat on as well! Definitely did not disappoint!
