Simple check-in, host was helpful and very responsive. Minor issues with property were resolved quickly (closet door, refrig. ice maker). Property looked much better in photos than in person (e.g., screens in poor shape). Kitchen supplies were just ok. Overall location was excellent.

Peaceful oasis

Lovely condo in the resort like setting of Perico Bay Club. Pool was never crowded (at times we were the only ones there!).There are paths to walk throughout the beautifully landscaped property. A clubhouse has activities for every taste. There were a few minor glitches at the start, but the manager was extremely responsive and accessible. Perico is quite close to Anna Maria Island as well as Publix and numerous good restaurants.
