All the staff, without fail, were absolutely lovely. The property was spotlessly clean and the location was perfect (within easy walking distance of all attractions). It was one of the nicest small hotels I have stayed in, anywhere in the world. We were on holiday to celebrate a major anniversary and the staff gave us a charming surprise. I would totally recommend the hotel.

The staff was the biggest win for me ! They are all Lovely, helpful beyond compare and there is someone 24/7 to assist with anything. They work hard for the guest experience and the hotel rooms are also very cool. Lovely boutique hotel great value for the price and just off the central path enough for more space and peace than others. I’d def return !

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of old town. Convenient for exploring many downtown sites. The breakfast options was small and straightforward, but tasteful and elegant. Room was spacious and clean, and bed comfortable. No parking nor gym at the property. The 24 hr access parking garage they recommend to park at is cash only. So be sure to have some euros with you when collecting your vehicle.

The Burgus Hotel is a real find! It is well-situated in the old city near the cathedral, but it is a slick modern enterprise. We had a lovely light supper in their small restaurant on the night we arrived. The breakfast is generous. The staff is outstanding, helpful and kind to a fault. The room and bathroom are spacious and impeccable. A real gem!
